At one point I was able to do all of the things remote on my watch but I’m no longer able to do so. Can you please update it
I really like the convenience of the app letting me know when it’s time to get services done. It will also let me know if a tire is losing air pressure. The only concern I have is sometimes the remote start doesn’t work. That has seemed to have gotten better over the past month.
App does not indicate current status of whether or not the car is locked or unlocked. Neither icon is highlighted to show what the current status is. The locked or unlocked icon should have a line under it or be in bold or color change to if car is locked or unlocked locked.
Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is the app doesn’t work on my Apple Watch

We love the GM app. We are able to start the SUV remotely from our phone and monitor services needed. Awesome lifestyles.
I like the app a lot, I recently was using app on my android phone, and it worked ok. Sometimes logs me out. Now I switched over to iPhone I don’t receive notifications of location anymore, meaning when my car departs out my driveway.
It’s a wonderful app for my Buick
I don’t believe these apps are supported by GM anymore. Mine has ceased to work for weeks. The watch app has been removed.
You can’t schedule times for it to start My Ford, I could schedule Sunday through Saturday what time I wanted it to start, etc.
Really like my Buick Envision with its awesome technology, just can’t get that tailgate to open with my feet.
Love the app, love that I can start my car from it, but I wish I could give me vehicle a nickname in the app!!! Also, dumb that you have to pay for Onstar to use the app features.
Great app and use it all the time. But about 20% of the time it doesn’t connect or work. Hmmm
For some reason, the start button will not start anymore wondering if I need to delete the app
While I enjoy the app, from time to time, the app logs itself out, and you need to log back in at inconvenient times and places. Making this more difficult, the app does not show you the password you’re entering so you don’t know if it’s the wrong password or if you’re typing it in the inconvenient time and place. There is a “show password “ button but it does not work in either the app nor on the desktop version. An app is not helpful if it is too difficult to sign into.
Love the updated app design but they didn’t port it over to Apple Watch and now it’s disappeared from my App Library. The auto start sometimes doesn’t register and start my vehicle even though it said it was sent. This was never an issue with previous updates.
The app barely works most days and as much as I pay for it I shouldn’t have these many issues

Intuitive and reliable, apps UI is well thought out and nice to see status of car even when you’re not near it.
Can’t reply on it to start. Sometimes it says it started when it didn’t. Other times it says it didn’t when it did. If that can be improved, it would be a 10 out of 5 stars.
I love being able to turn my car on but it doesn’t update my info. Also I wish it had controls for the A/C and heat.
I REALLY wish they would add an update where you can schedule a remote start, for example if I leave work at 5:00pm I could have it scheduled to start at 4:50pm. I’ve seen other vehicle apps have this feature and I think it would be very beneficial to customers!

MyBuick app is awesome and convenient. Everything that I need to know is on the app and it’s just a fingertip away.

I love this app in the winter and when it’s hot and humid in the summer. The ability to warm the Encore up in the winter with all the heated options on the vehicle is amazing! The same goes for summer, but obviously it’s cooling!!!
It frequently locks me out. At first I’ll notice the auto start feature fails. I’ll sign out to reboot. Then I’m locked out with an error message that tells me my account data isn’t loading properly. Support says to try signing in. Hello? Support says try deleting app then reinstalling app. Nope. I guess I can’t use my Buick app ever again.
Only starts my car 50% of the time! Frustrating

When you hold to unlock it seems to freeze. Then you have to let go and hold again. Same for trying to start the vehicle. This update was not very good. Can’t even use the app most of time.
I love being able to remote start my vehicle via my phone. I appreciate the diagnostics portion. Everything else in the app (and website) is atrocious. Been fighting them both for days to: 1) sign in without issue. 2) navigate either the app or site without it either getting stuck loading or getting a 404 error. 3) figure out why my point balance is half of what a recent email (and snail mail) claim I have banked. 4) attempt to purchase from the ‘Shop’ portion without a host of issues. I am unsure why it needs a verification code (FOR NEARLY EVERYTHING). Is that not the point of a secure password?
I’m more and more frustrated with this app as time goes on. Too many times the app won’t allow me to start my vehicle. The “start”, “lock” and “unlock” icons disappear making the app useless. I expect better from Buick.
I love everything about this when I lose my keys I can unlock with my phone. It’s awesome.
$14.99/mo just to know the CAR STATS!! All you need to do is PLUG your Cell Phone in. Also! Remote Car Alarm, lights, lock… etc still work without the WIFI. Don’t fall for their nonsense “Subscribe Now” Messages!!

I’ve had issues since the day of purchase and I cannot begin to tell you how much time I’ve spent with “chats” emails and on hold with tech support. Each time you will get , have you deleted and reinstalled the app, is your phone up to date and so on. It is just unreliable and “works” intermittently. No one ever follows up as promised. I was considering upgrading my OnStar account, but why pay extra fees for a faulty product?
This app used to be awesome. The newest updates have ruined it. Now that it’s -4 outside I’d really like the remote start to work like it used to…? It works sometimes, but even when it works I no longer get the notification that my car has started.
I love my Buick Envista and I have received so many compliments on its looks - sleek, stylish, & more.
Since the update, I haven’t been able to get location notifications. What needs to be done to resume message notifications for vehicle location?
It’s the best of GMs car apps. I’m using it for remote access to my Cadillac because it’s faster and more reliable than Cadillac’s own app.
Do NOT support these scammers that call themselves app developers. The app is never accurate, never consistent. It’ll gas light you that your car is on when it’s not. The fact they have the audacity to charge 15 bucks is insane to me. Literally robbing you, I’d feel like I got my moneys worth more wiping myself with the 15 bucks every months.
Why is it that I can’t send direction to my car any longer through the mobile app?
I haven’t been able to remote start my Buick via the app for months. I was forced to purchase Onstar for 3 years as part of some new policy for all new General Motors vehicle purchases. I didn’t want it, but since I had to pay for it, might as well enjoy the app while I have it. It stopped working months ago. Onstar says it’s an issue with the vehicle, sends me to the dealership. The dealership says nothing is wrong with my car and this is a VERY common issue with the app itself. Apparently it’s all of General Motors because my husband’s GMC app stopped working shortly after mine and he’s being told the exact same story. So I’m paying for services I never wanted to pay for and I’m not able to use it and everyone is just shrugging their shoulders at me. Feels like a scam all the way around. Very upset and ready to get rid of the car and move back to Toyota.
The app started off well and was really cool even showing the vehicle down to the correct color and rims. Now the app doesn’t connect to the vehicle. Not much support from GM and even the small details of the vehicle depicted on the app are becoming non existent. It really looks like GM is getting lazy and if this continues the other brands will pass them up.
Goodness me. Do you understand how inept you developers have to be to get something that your other counterparts get so right? Why do people have to download myChevorlet or myGMC just to get the Apple watch functionality on their BUICK vehicles. And I see you guys recently commented saying it will be available at a future date. But it can be done right now on a different app but not yours? Give me a break this is so pathetic. And not only that, half the times the app just doesn't work, and guess what? When it doesn't work guess what CAN remote start my Envista? The myChevorlet app. Can't you just hop on a zoom call and ask them how they made an adequate app with adequate servers to get things done efficiently? Heavens.
